360 HD-DVD Drive dead?
Hallo
So I get home last night and stick the box on for a bit of omega 5.
Everything downloads fine and I start up the game only to be greeted with a black screen,I press the guide button and the audio prompt engages but no graphic appears on screen.I restart the box and exactly the same thing happens.
Now given that live is on it's knees at the moment I signed out and tried again,same thing happens,tried a disc,same result.
Its then that I notice that although the HD drive light is green it is not given me the option of selecting it on the dash so I unplug the usb cable from the back and everything works fine!
Plugging the drive back in screws everything up.
Has anyone else had similar probs or will I have to call support?
