MGS4 Save Game needed

For some bizarre reason my Metal Gear Solid 4 (USA) game save has disappeared from the HD. I've been looking for game saves, but most of them are completed games, or are on the hardest difficulty setting.

Has anyone got a save I could have for around the start of chapter 4? I was playing on normal difficulty.
