Sega Ages 2500 Vol. 2 - Monaco GP - Jap text heavy ?

I was wondering exactly how much Japanese text is in the game (it'll spoil the fun if you can't read the drivers comments when you challenge them/they challenge you). If most of the menus etc are in Jap, is there a planned release date for the game in the US?
