I pre-ordered this last week for ?29.99 plus a little for 5 day courier (?1-?2 more than other shipping which can take weeks).
I was wondering why their site says the game comes out 1st December in the USA still, and if we get the bonus disc (it is packaged in with the game in the USA isn't it?).
So has anyone else ordered from there and know the answer to these questions? I'd expect to recieve MK 5 days max after the US release date with the courier service, considering they'll get the game in a few days early. How long have other peoples pre-orders taken from the release date? And did you choose the 5 day service?
