PAL Wii games that are inferior to NTSC versions? (Which Wii games to import)

Hi all,
I have not really been following the Wii import scene, as nowadays I mostly buy PAL Wii games for the convenience and cheaper cost. However I am aware that some PAL Wii games are missing options or are 'inferior' to their NTSC counterparts in other ways. Here is a short list of some games I have read about:-

Mario Party 8 - 50Hz only

Heatseeker - 50Hz only

Madworld - 50Hz only

Little King's Story - 50Hz only

Super Mario All-Stars - 25th Anniversary Edition - 50Hz only

No More Heroes - Blood removed (Debatable if its inferior or not, since its the same as the Japanese version)

I would like to know which other PAL Wii games are inferior - either being 50Hz only, missing 480p option, or missing/changed parts. Is there an up to date list available anywhere?

Also, can anyone suggest where would be best to buy each game at the lowest price? (Is there any difference between American and Canadian Wii games?)

Lastly, slightly different question but are there any Japanese Wii games that are not too text heavy (Or have translations patches) that are worth picking up?
