Apple mail no longer syncing with server since lion upgrade.

    Apple mail no longer syncing with server since lion upgrade.

    As the title, since upgrading to lion mail no longer syncs with email servers properly. It will receive and send emails, but it wont sort emails into folders or mark them unread. Was working fine before the upgrade, anyone else had this problem?
