Hi, just wondering if anyone has bought from this site over the past 10 days and had any problems or not.
I placed an order with them about 8 days ago and after giving my card details was told the transaction was successful and authorisation done etc.
Since then the order status hasn't changed from pending and i've have heard nothing from them.
I've tried phoning on a number of occasions but nobody answers and have also emailed but recieved no reply.
Ive had enough waiting - could have ordered elsewhere and got the games by now.
I emailed them to cancel the order a couple of days ago but theres still no reply and the orders still there.
Anybody in a similar sitauation?
