Sorry if this is the wrong forum. But, he owes me ?20, and I haven't heard from him for 2 weeks. I could also do with the money to be honest.

The thing is, I bought a package from him and he said he'll send it special delivery. He then sent it 3 days late via special delivery. I mean, if I paid for Special Delivery, then whats the point in sending it 3 days late? I would of quite happily paid for 1st class or PF when i asked for it to be posted.
