Quick question that I will probably wind up making long:
Do any members on here think it's worth me picking up a PS2 as a secondary console? I already own a US Cube, but the weak $ is making it more and more attractive.
Thing is, any multi-platform releases I'd almost always get on the Cube instead since it's technically superior, so does it have enough good exclusive games (Final Fantasy X and stuff are supposed to be good) to make it worthwhile? I can't say I enjoyed any of the GTA games at all, but a few screens I've seen of anime-esque games kinda remind me of the Dreamcast days which I really miss. (Also keep in mind I'm not interested in PAL stuff, but the software selection should be pretty much the same in Europe and America?)
And then there's the famous Disc Read Error which is supposedly unavoidable, is repairing this easy/cheap?
What's the Memory Card capacity like? Will I need more than 1 for about 10 or so games?
If I decide to take it online (not *too* likely) over broadband, will that work from the UK without any problems?
And finally, if I decided to go through with it, what's the best place to order from keeping in mind customs/import tax?
