      The main one peeps tend to mention is probably Death Wish, it's like the original Taken

        I havent seen any of his stuff either, whenever his name was mentioned growing up it was usually in reference to him making crap films.

            If I would be serious then Death Wish would be my choice, but because Death Wish 3 is just so OTT I'm going with that. I mean old, chubby Charles Bronson gunning down dozens of gang members with a .30 cal machine gun! You can't beat that.

              It's hard to find praise for either Winner or his work. Helen Mirren and Charles Bronson both thought he was a misogynist. He ended up saying film making was more of a hobby and his latter work was universally panned. Most people know him from the insurance ads or his restaurant critiques.

              I've not seen any of his films either, I think, but I'm managing to cope.

              Maybe I should watch Death Wish. on VHS for authenticity.
