    Hollywood Hot Wheels: Round 26

    WELCOME TO:

    HOLLYWOOD HOT WHEELS: ROUND 26

Retro classics as we continue through the history of the industries most recognisable vehicles covering all manners of iconic designs from film, tv and gaming, their history and what you think of them.

Each round will see three vehicles lined up for the showcase. Unlike the voting conducted in the other threads, here things are more cutthroat.

You each can only vote for a single design in each round, casting the other two to the scrapheap of Hollywood history.
Make your choice then tell us why you like or don't like each vehicle and why you voted for the one you did.

    VEHICLE 76 - Jaguar Mark 2

Inspector Morse's classic Jag, the car was selected when John Thaw insisted on the make of vehicle rather than using the Lancia the character uses in the books. Sold for £100,000 in 2005, the cars buyer was discovered as a con-man and sentenced to prison.

    Morse Than Meets the Eye?

    VEHICLE 77 - Shaguar

A second airing for the brand this round with Austin Power's distinctively coloured car lined up as our next choice. A 1970's E-Type, the car was one of two or three models used for filming with each being carefully restored before customised. They have popped up for sale a couple of times and now reside with private owners.

    Yeah, Baby Yeah!?

    VEHICLE 78 - Ford Thunderbird

Despite being driven off a cliff in Thelma and Louise, the car lives on as production used a large fleet of cars for filming allowing for several to remain in circulation to this day. A cast signed version is the most valuable and resides in the Peterson museum in LA.

I'm actually going through the Austin Powers trilogy right now so it's got to be the Shagwar.
Did you know this is actually in Jag's museum in the UK along with 007's Jag from that Brosner bond movie.

I kind of like the Thunderbird design the most but I have a feeling that if you got the chance to drive all three it would be Powers car that would be the most enjoyable
