Even if "assembled in the US" means final assembly, the price hike to accomodate US salaries and other regulations would probably be more than those tariffs.

Yep, they either get rinsed on set up, rinsed on training, rinsed on importing parts or China just applies the same tariff negating the competition and Apple and its consumers bears a 25% price increase. There remains no thinking behind these tariffsComment
