So, it's about time that I actually got this done - have been saying for a number of years that I'd get rid of my horrible wooden frames. But what puts me off is the hours upon hours of sales pitches I'm likely to be subjecting myself to, so I thought that as a first step I would ask the fine folk of NTSC-UK.
Any recommendations for who to contact/who to avoid? Any horror stories? Or do any of you, perchance, either do or know someone who does this sort of stuff in the North East (I'm in Newcastle Upon Tyne myself)?
