I like Vinopolis. Learn stuff and sample. Win.
I like the London Science Museum, but you really need to know which areas to cover beforehand so that you don't try and see it all in a day.
I like the Dali gallery in Paris (Montmatre) - it's very small and you can really appreciate it all without feeling you have to rush and there's no need to spend more than 30 mins. I shy away from large galleries where you have to walk for 15 mins before you even see the exhibit you want to see. Louvre - I'm looking at you.
Tate Modern is mostly free so that's exempt.
