When a world leader who is currently engaged in a war with another country, threatens they've put their nuclear arsenal in 'special operations' it's not meaningless. It's a threat and something to worry about, even if the person is an indervidual with small dick syndrome.

I would rather know there's active threats to our way of life, before we reach Defcon 1!
