Price reductions/sales on Steam

Burnout was a similar price over Christmas, but I decided not to buy it - something I regretted. Seems like a good port, I have it running maxed out with AA enabled, and my lappy is nothing too special (GeForce 240m GT GPU).

Same reason I want hot pursuit on PC

They had that exact same deal about 1 month ago, that's when I picked them both up as well.

I wonder how often Steam recycle these sort of deals, or if it's down to the devs/publishers if they want to sell it cheap.

I have both of these games yet I'm still tempted to pick them up on Steam. Despite me not playing PC games at the moment.
