Ok so just to clarify this pallet thing. This is why the article is saying we won’t have enough.

“Under EU rules, all wood packaging material and dunnage from non-EU countries must be either heat treated or fumigated in line with ISPM15 procedures; officially marked with the ISPM15 stamp consisting of three codes (country, producer and measure applied) and the IPPC logo; and must be debarked”.

So basically there’s 2 big companies that make pallets worldwide (1.2mx1m) blue pallets (cepp) red pallets (can’t remember the name). Their pallets are chem & heat treated to stop the transport of pests into foreign countries, termites, wood worm, that sort of stuff.

All the pallets made in the uk generally aren’t by smaller firms, so, that’s why they are saying we won’t have enough. Unless all the smaller firms start treating the wood as of like now.

Tory MP Alberto Costa loses job as parliamentary private secretary to the Scotland secretary after tabling an amendment seeking to guarantee EU citizens’ rights regardless of the outcome of Brexit: https://www.theguardian.com/politics...o-costa-sacked

An amendment May said she wouldn't support, which Sajid Javid subsequently said the government was supporting this morning. And you wonder why Brexit is such a mess.

May rules out revoking Article 50 which wasn't on the table but it's at least one definitive outcome knocked on the head

            Also

Instead of letting May continuously waste time, MP's should also be voting with a very clear eye on where the EU sits with all this current nonsense. Their position is the obvious one, come knocking on their door for a 1-2 month A50 extension and you'll be politely told to sod off. Instead they will offer a two year extension and even then it would require the UK to request it with a clear and new approach, not just so May can keep dangling her dead deal.

The five amendments for voting later have been decided on, in order they are:

01 - A vote on whether the government should negotiate changes to the political declaration based on Labours five Brexit demands
02 - A vote on whether to rule out No Deal as an option under any circumstance
03 - A vote on whether to allow time tomorrow to discuss the legislation for ruling out No Deal
04 - A vote on whether to adhere to the rights of EU citizens described in the agreement even if no agreement is made
05 - A vote on agreeing to May's offer to allow MPs to vote whether to delay Article 50 on Mar 14th if no deal has been agreed by then

Nothing on there regarding a second referendum

May continues to try and funnel us into a "her deal or no deal" situation. She's pure slime.

Tom Watson seems to have really taken the bull be the horns in regards to Labour's anti-semetism problem.

You can't rule out revoking article 50 and rule out no deal. No deal is the default position. If we rule out no deal but don't accept May's deal then we have to ask for an extension and if EU say no then revoking article 50 is the only way to avoid no deal.

Which May ruled out earlier today, once again with the same old rhetoric

Theresa May said that there were only two ways to remove the threat of no deal. She would not revoke article 50, she said. So the only way to remove the threat of no deal was to vote for her deal, she said.

The EU should give them the Spicy Noodle Challenge - Bombay Bad Boy is far too kind.
