I'm still getting a copy of the entire front page of the forum appearing in the quick reply box of pretty-much any thread about 25% of the time.

Sounds like something your end, the front page is only loaded on the front page.

Whack print screen and see if you can capture it looking like that, wouldn't suprise me if it won't capture.
