Adapter to play NES games on Famicom

Looking to play NES games on a Famicom, so I'm after the relevant adapter

That looks like the one I've used with my AV Famicom (despite the disclaimer on that page). It requires the nes cart to be plugged in facing away from you so you can't see the label. Avoid any cheap bare PCB adaptor, those things are a nightmare to use.
