Dude what kind of units are you using to house the consoles? I'm going to be downsizing soon too and that setup looks like just the kind of thing I need.

Really nice utilisation of space there Gradius. Covering all bases with those displays too!

That's an IKEA Kallax unit but there are additional shelf splitters in play too. Those splitters have been discontinued now but there are other ones that you slide into each whole to divide the space but they're plain white.

Lovely stuff. Sorry to hear about the cabs, but think you've still got the CRT base covered! The PCE collection is truly something to behold as well.

Yes, Kallax with the grey inserts. Just deep enough for a 20” PVM

I still have a Sigma Raijin supergun for my pcb’s too.

Been tweaking the retro room throughout lockdown. I have a ton of other stuff in storage, but this is all being currently used! Been selling quite a bit recently to make-way for some more goodies.

Very nice. I like the rack of TVs, it's very 80s 'Robocop'.

Built myself a Tate Arcade rig using an old monitor I had lying around, a Raspberry Pi 4B and a cheap but very nice set of Creative lab speakers.
Getting Tate mode set up was a righ pain in the arse. Had to edit edit alsorts of config files to do the job properly.

Now I need to find a 4:3 monitor in black with HDMI

Cheers . I'll be swapping out the wide-screen for a 20inch 4:3 next week. No hdmi on it but a cheap HDMI to DVI converter should do the trick.
Isn't it amazing how many time Razing basically reskinned Battle Garagaga

Bit of an update, doesn't look like I've done much but I have.

For the first time in my life, almost everything is set up and ready to go. The only thing I need now is a Retrotink 2x for the Famicom and everything is going into the TV by digital.

HDMI 1 - PS3/PS4 Pro/360E (on 3x splitter - not seen as they're on a shelf to side for being ugly, no need to be near being wireless controlled)
HDMI 2 - OSSC for Saturn/MD (RGB Scart) and PS2 (Component)
HDMI 3 - Akura (I think?) VGA to HDMI for Dreamcast

Doesn't look much but what a feeling that I can just play these instead of fiddling with wires all the time. Some cable management to be done, but we're nearly there.
