Which issue of Edge included the 2013 wall planner? Or does anyone have a spare they are willing to part with (costs covered of course)?

I think it's usually January, which is probably still in the shops. If it's been missing from a subscriber copy, give the subs line a ring and they'll replace the whole issue free of charge. (Happened to me once before.)
