He's running some terrible old 1.6ghz Dual-Core steam powered machine.
Mainly used for documents and accounts, but would be good if it was fairly ok-ish for Photoshop. Also would be quite nice if it had an SSD as a boot HDD. Know that might be a lot to ask though! So basically something better than the crap he is running that fits within budget!
?300 max, would be nice if could be had for even cheaper (in reality ?200 would probably be ok for what he needs) - not looking for a super machine just something that's useable for him
