We can't even get them to agree on a time to meet at the minute!

Suggestion: We meet at The Crown pub (a minute's walk from the restaurant) between 11am and 12pm then go to Arang at middayish for food, then onto Las Vegas and people go their separate ways as and when they need to.

I've just looked around the area on Street View and it's all tiny coffee shops or Saatchi & Saatchi near Golden Square. Do locals know any better options or maybe it's a BNP favourite?

Do we need to book Arang just in case a load of showbiz types rock up from nearby Sony Pictures Entertainment, Clear Channel International or Absolute Radio turn up quaffing Mai Tais and Advocaat?

    Bonus:
It's 4 minutes walk from Arang to Las Vegas arcade but we go past Palace Skateboards, so we can all skate together first.

Also, it's in Soho so you can buy some smut for your Secret Santa...

...Unless you've got me. I wouldn't appreciate such a gift...

This is all just a plan by the attending mods to get the non blues to stump up. Prepare to be turned upside down until you drop five quid of change out your deep pockets.

Looking forward to the mods trying desperately to jam fivers into their iPhones screaming “WHY WON’T IT SUBSCRIBEEE???”

I’m happy with the plan and will be there on time.

I've not been on here for about 84 years, but I should definitely be up for it. I'll DM you my number Chimpie to get the deets.

Just moved to London literally today so would be good to get to know people.

                In the group you go!

Good to have you aboard. Also, from what I understand, you're living in my neck of the woods!

Number 4 is just a joke for the in-crowd (#JoinTheElite). We're merely walking past the skateboard shop on the way to Las Vegas.

I hope that's enough info for people.

I'm really looking forward to it, chaps!

Quality few hours with you peeps.

Wish we could have had a bit longer to game but appreciate some have had to travel a fair way.

                    Food was delicious, Zaki. Quality.

Let's not leave it so long next time.

I had a really great time, chaps, thanks to everyone who came along.

It seemed like everyone was trying to outdo each other in the generosity stakes, you lovely people!

I'm not posting any pictures of what we look like, that's a privilege for the attendees to share, but everywhere we went, people were asking how we knew each other and assumed we were all friends from a modelling agency.

                        Highlights for me included:
Making people guess who's who as they arrived; Randombs' JapSnacks #SnackTheElite; the revelation that "randombs" isn't a portmanteau of "random bombs" but "random BS"; talking and eating for what felt like seven hours (in a good way); the ventilation sytem; skating together; playing some House of the Dead game with Brad and killing about 14 million zombies in ten minutes of play and beating everyone at the Dead Heat racing game*.

I'll definitely consider organising something similar next year as it seemed to work so well.

I'm toying on sorting something similar in The North in 2019 with a visit to Games Club, so have a think if you'd like to do that.

Thanks again, you lovely, lovely people.

*I was 1st for about 3 seconds at the start of the race.

Right, let's get the ball rolling and see who might be interested in a Northern meetup later in the year.
Probably a sit down meal for lunch then on to Arcade Club, which is in Bury.

                            Anyone fancy that?

I'll be interested in that, I haven't planned any vacations yet so a trip to the old Blighty is very doable.
