The vote is currently off but they have until tomorrow evening to proceed with tabling one. If Friday evening arrives without May's deal agreed by MP's May has confirmed she will proceed with requesting a long extension of Article 50

May is suggesting a 9 month extension. The EU won't accept that unless we run MEP elections as it takes us well over the date those elections (end of May).
The reason for this is there could be legal challenges to passed EU law if the UK is a member state and isn't able to vote on that legislation because it doesn't have any MEPs.

Now rumours May is seeking to knock her third vote back to next week, the final week of Brexit. Speaker John Bercow is now making a surprise announcement on that very subject due to the amount of MP complaints he's received about May having repetitive attempts at her deal with no changes to it. Bercow has said that the decision rests with the Chair of the House but is laying out that adhering to established rules, and therefore banning May from a third vote on her deal would be the normal decision.

No need because something potentially beautiful has happened...
Bercow has furthered his statement and effectively told May 'DENIED!'
A third vote has been blocked. May can suspend parliament, reconvene it next week then call the vote but it would be a doomed final play that would fold not just because the deal is the same but it would completely expose her to vote rigging by playing the system so hard. No doubt she'll now do that but it's epically the wrong move.

Rolling coverage of the day’s political developments as they happen, including Theresa May chairing cabinet after John Bercow ruled she cannot bring same Brexit deal back to Commons for vote
The Brexit Secretary has said that They should uphold the outcome of the 2016 referendum but that if it is the will of MP's to hold a second referendum he expects that Speaker Bercow would allow one and that he believes that the threat of No Deal hasn't increased at all despite there only being 10 days left till the deadline, instead he says it is the threat of No Brexit that is rising.

More discussion suggesting that if May gets a short extension then we're out the EU by 01 June no matter what they do with the time. If we go for a longer extension we will have to hold MEP elections but can request further extensions to Article 50 should we need them down the road. However, one condition of any A50 extension will be that May and the UK government will need to accept definitively that the withdrawal agreement talks are over and that any extension is purely used for the UK to decide whether to agree the deal or cancel Brexit

No10 have confirmed that May will now write to Donald Tusk formally requesting to extend A50.
Most likely now is that we won't hear much till the end of the week as the EU leaders meet on Thurs and will debate any extension and return with their demands and proposed timeframe. It means May and No10 are going to actually have to come up with a reason for the delay also.
