I hope you can have private games and do co-op base raids like in the first game.

GTA V has always looked great fun in a group. Some of the silly game modes I've seen Yogscast play for example.
My understanding on what I've read, is that it is all public lobbies atm.

Rumour – Red Dead Redemption 2 to be revealed as an Epic Games Store Exclusive on PC Red Dead Redemption 2 was easily the most popular console release of 2018, making the game’s lack of a PC version a huge negative for the platform. Even so, a PC release of the game was always expected […]
Not definite but a rumour that the PC version will release later in the summer and will be a permanent Epic Store exclusive

It looks like Rockstar North are prepping to move onto their next project as they take down the RDRII branding at their Edinburgh offices.
Rumour has it that they're working on a new Bully game, but I think they're working on a Pac-Man clone where instead of dodging ghosts, you have to dodge the Tax Man:

"A Rockstar project called 'Bonaire' has been refused classification in Australia, which means it's effectively banned in the country. That's not necessarily interesting, because as you'll see, a bunch of stuff has been "effectively banned" in Australia of late. What's interesting, is that we don't know what 'Bonaire' is.
Kotaku spotted it first, and speculates convincingly that it's probably a Red Dead Online expansion or update: it wouldn't be the first time a part of the game has been set
on a Caribbean island.
Of course, Red Dead Redemption 2 isn't even out on PC yet, so if it is indeed an expansion for the online component of that game, well... damn, I guess"
