Ice Age 6 aka The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild is now out and is the first not to feature the character of Scrat
I assume she will get some sort of royalties of 1-5?
Otherwise I assume this is a bit like the guy who owns the rights to K-9 which no-one cares about unless it's in Doctor Who

She claimed that she created a rat/squirrel character called Sqrat in 1999, then pitched it to Fox who rejected it then nicked the idea and incorporated it into Ice Age. She's spent the last 20 years fighting Fox for ownership of the character and now won the battle meaning unless Disney and her agree something the character can't be in Ice Age moving forward, presumably why the new film cuts reference to it.
