In a generation with Forza, Horizon, Project Cars and Gran Turismo, you've got to do something different to stand out.

I'm hoping The Crew 2 manages that, but I'm concerned it'll be DLC-tastic.

One of the best things about this is that only one person needs to buy this.
It could be an amazing experience if you get a decent enough co-op partner, willing to "do their time".
(That's a joke because it's set in prison. "Doing time" means being in prison... oh forget it.)

"This game is made for two people, preferably in the same physical space. It can be played online with a friend, and only one person needs to have bought the game. That said, it’s not a drop-in, drop-out co-op game. At around eight hours long, it demands commitment from both players, and is thus a kind of appointment gaming experience."

It was one of the only things I remember from last year's E3.

The long in development, mostly one man made Ghost of a Tale is coming out now on PC and will hit XBO and PS4 later this year.

It's still pre-review time but the game was on Early Access where it received very favourable EA Reviews:

I really wish I could put School Girl/Zombie Hunter in this thread, but it's a 4 at best. In fact, a 3 would probably be pretty generous, but I'm trying to like it.

I tried looking through Steams upcoming releases list last night for this thread, it used to be quite interesting looking at the oddities on the way but man alive, the quality has dropped off a cliff.

                          Biomutant seems very promising.

Rogue Aces was just released and it's a love letter to Wings of Fury.
