TimeSplitters is just... the moment has long since past to revive that franchise. It's form of MP isn't the in thing anymore and so any revival wouldn't please old school fans leading to a need to hit with new fans. That might have worked but having missed so many fads like BR that they could have spring boarded it off they'd have to reinvent the wheel to make a dent by now.

Hat in Time will hit the Switch with a physical edition on October 18.
Wargroove will have a "deluxe" physical edition with some extras on both Switch and PS4...sometime, no date has been announced.

I feel like Timesplitters is one of those games like Burnout, where people say all they want is a new one like Burnout 2 or 3, but then if it came out they wouldn't actually buy it. The format is more dated in reality than it is in their minds.

That said, it would be kind of interesting to see what they could do with a new one. It had a unique flavour, with its elastic hand drawn animations.

Remember NovaLogic? Remember voxels? Remember the Comanche series of helicopter simulators?
Well, THQ Nordic and Nukklear are resurrecting it, and looks more a third-person shooter than anything else.

Oh wow, I LOVED Comanche. Played it for weeks.

I didn’t understand Dreams winning awards when it’s not even come out yet

Best PS4 award is interesting, knocking Death Stranding out the running. Most Original... speaks more of the options I guess given it's effectively just LBP, there's no shortage of level creator titles and adding more options doesn't mean originality. But like I say, there's probably little competition for that award.

The Honor GamePad is a new gaming accessory that can charge your phone

"The Honor GamePad is, obviously, a controller for smartphones. It connects to the phone via the USB Type-C cable, but that’s only for charging. The game controlling is done over Bluetooth. The physical connection allows the GamePad’s 400mAh battery to keep your phone charged up during intense gaming sessions. It can also draw power from the phone if need be.

The controller itself has 4 D-pad buttons, a joystick, shoulder button, and one extra button. The buttons can be customized for games, but that is dependant on the settings in the game itself. Honor didn’t specify if the GamePad is only for certain phones, but the size appears to be adjustable so it should support most smartphones out there. Honor also didn’t share pricing or availability other than saying it will sell the accessory in Western Europe this year."
