    Blazing Chrome.

Just found this tonight while looking for another games video review. Ok, it cribs from a bunch of obvious games, but might be worth a bash........

I've been following this for a few months and looking forward to it. The biggest problem is when it'll actually be released, currently the developer is looking for a 2018 release but I think it's rather unlikely.

There’s no information on what platforms this is for? I’d certainly be interested if it was announced for PSN.

          One more video.

Still no release date except for a very vague "early 2019".

(I really like this sort of marquee piece of art)

Looks like the people behind this are big fans of Contra Spirits and Contra Hard Corps. Although, when it comes to the graphics and sound, it looks like it's been designed for the Mega Drive. I really like the amount of detail, animation, and effects. It would definitely be up there with Hard Corps and Ranger X if it had a Mega Drive release.

I'd definitely buy an MD version of this. If not, I'll grab it for the PS4.

Play or look at Hard Corps -- and you'll see that Blazing Chrome is a tribute.

You're not qualified to have that opinion.

I'll just say that I'm really glad the the graphics don't have a 'clipart' vibe about them. You have a world of possibilities when it comes to creating graphics, so the developer has obviously been inspired by Mega Drive sort of graphics. It appeals to me much more than the usual pixelated NES or HD clipart look we often get with modern retro-inspired titles.

And so I don't upset some people with my opinion that the graphics look good and not like clipart, I will state: People are free to like or dislike the graphics in this game. I'm not someone who gets bothered by other people's honest thoughts and opinions.
