I don't if anyone here has been watching this, or paying attention to Blizzcon 2019? Tbh I've just looked at the Trailers rather than watch any of it.
FWIW I think Blizzard still have that something when it comes to their cinematic announcement trailers. Definitely for the fans. Good to see Diablo back although monitisation probably the key worry. It looked to me like the Diablo 3 engine just any colours taken out. But maybe that's unfair or just my ignorance.
Always intrigued to see what they do with WoW. Overwatch 2 I'm not sure what to think although I would love fully featured and rich PVE. However the cynic in me just things this is a relatively easy money grab rather than a real developed sequel.
I feel for many the apology from J. Allen Brack won't carry much weight. More detail will come from the event, although most at the moment seems to be streamers being used to promote the announcements. I've seen very little protests other than one Winnie the Pooh in the opening crowd.
