    Does Minecraft run on 2DS XL?

    Reason I ask is that on the eshop it states only for 'New Nintendo 3DS', I'm hoping that these are details released pre-2DS XL release?

    I'm guessing it was down to the dual sticks which 2DS XL has?

    Ordered my boy one for Xmas.

    With the New 3DS the specs were beefed up pretty significantly. Luckily for you the "New Nintendo 2DS XL" shares those specs, it will run fine.

      Ok so it's not down to being a 3D only game. Just that the 2DS XL was released after those specs were released. Cheers
