So the madness officially starts today! Not that things haven’t been crazy enough this week...

Heading to the venue midday today, main thing I have to work on is to chill tf out. Covid and everything else life has thrown at us has made my anxiety worse but my family has been fantastic and incredibly supportive without major fall outs.

Looking forward to seeing the bloke today who is helping us transfer our mountain of wedding ****e to the venue with his dad. Have all the flowers to sort today and he just needs to show up tomorrow.

Excited and hopefully all will be well tomorrow. Seriously wtf are we doing...!

Woken up this morning to find I'm 0.2kgs from my second weight loss target.

Weighing 100kgs is still overweight but it's probably the lightest Ibe been since my 20s!!

My back doesn't hurt anymore, my knees don't ache, I'm sleeping better too.

My pro tip is to stop a few times during the day and drink it in. Take some mental photographs. The day flies by and is insane, so stopping to take some memories really helps.
