Of the six films, I've seen 1 and 4 (Afterlife), which was really fun in 3D at the cinema, but pretty nonsensical.
I don't get what the Umbrella Corp still have to gain since civilisation came to an end by the second film.
I feel sorry for some of their subsidiary companies.
I mean, in the face of a zombie apocalypse, who'd want to book a nice Transatlantic coastal cruise with the Paraguas Line Company?

Constantin Film has set in motion a new adaptation to add to the ever-expanding Resident Evil movie franchise.
The cast is set on the reboot which is billed as a faithful adaptation of the original game. Starring will be:
Kaya Scodelario as Claire Redfield (who wasn't in RE1)
Hannah John-Kamen as Jill Valentine
Robbie Ammell as Chris Redfield
Tom Hopper as Wesker
Avan Jogia as Leon S Kennedy (who wasn't in RE1)
and Neal McDonough as William Birkin (who wasn't in RE1?)
