Gamecube PSO v1.0 & v1.1

As I understand it, the original Japanese PSO v1.0 had a glitch, so Sega recalled that version of the game and replaced returned copies with v1.1. Does anybody know if it was just the discs they swapped or are there different variants of the card sleeve too? Thanks

I'm pretty sure it was just the disks they made them a different colour so you could easily tell which version it was.

Yeah the v1.0 disc is blue and the v1.1 disc is green. They also added 01 to the SKU number.

I can find any reference to that number on the card sleeve.
