1 was fun. 2 was good. 3 was Wick doing the same move over and over.

I'd watch a fourth but, honestly, I felt there wasn't much happening after the first film. I went with the 2nd film and did enjoy it but it didn't seem to have a story to tell (the film ended with him in pretty much the exact same way as the first, if I remember correctly... which I might not). The 3rd ventured off into ridiculousness.

The opening 20 minutes of JW3 have some of the most fun action sequences I've seen in many a year.

kinda agree with that, they have gotten progressively worse, wont be in any hurry to watch 4, happily wait for netflix or even film 4.

I think 2 is the better one. It all flows together from beginning to end. 3 has some nice set pieces but is all over the place.

Haha oh Jesus, 2 hours 15? Wonder how much of the lore they’ll unnecessarily explain this time. I hope we meet the guy that manufactures those gold coins.

I’ll be watching this as my partner loves them but they’ve been on a steady slide for me. I really want to watch the first one again though actually. That is such a brilliantly executed film and it was one of those lovely bolts from the blue that feel increasingly rare in genre cinema. An original story and character, no pretension, no reliance on nostalgia, fully modern and delivered quite perfectly formed.
