Xbox Game Pass (Xbox / PC)

This is probably deserving of its own thread now, keeping track of what's coming and going (as titles do leave the service each month).

Game Pass is now available on two platforms: Xbox and PC.

The Xbox Service costs £7.99 a month and includes access to over 100 titles, including first party Microsoft Games at launch.

The PC Service costs £3.99 a month and also includes Microsoft's first party titles along with other third party games.

There is a combined service Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for £10.99 which includes Game Pass on PC and Xbox and Xbox Live Gold.

Games are downloaded local either via the Microsoft Store / Xbox Beta App on PC, or via the Xbox console (you can also queue stuff up via the website).

Currently you can sign-up for Ultimate for £1 for a month (you can cancel repeat sub via your account maintenance on the website)

List of Games on the service: https://www.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-game-pass/games

    Coming Soon to Game Pass:

    Goat Simulator
    Prey
Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun

Why is the PC Game Pass so much cheaper?

Either way, MS are all-in with this now, with all of the "Day 1 Game Pass" pop ups on the E3 videos.

I just signed up for £1 and my subscription now says Dec 11 2021!

Ultimate seems like the right way to describe it... Only thing disappointing about game pass is them not telling you what of schedule what's dropping into it. I'd only just bought the handsome collection in a sale a month ago. Damn it.

Turns out I’ve been paying for game pass for months and not used it lol. I’ll give this blazing chrome a go. Phone app reckons it’s told my Xbox to install it. We’ll see...

The Windows Store states 14.53GB which I assume is the same for Xbox.

As an aside the new Xbox (Beta) app on PC doesn't include files sizes which seems like bit of a miss.

It's 11.1 GB. Super impressed by how well this game looks and moves already, months before the game is meant to ship. It looks and runs fan on the One X and also the HDR is some of the best I've seen. Can't wait to see how good the single-player game looks
