Free download for PC. Shockingly professional for a fan project - trumping even Capcom's recent in-house efforts. I feel dirty not passing over any money for it.

It's a few years old now, but I don't believe I've seen it mentioned anywhere yet. I tried it out whilst working on a retro layout for my stream and got hooked instantly. I seem to have started on a difficult starter level (Rainbow Man) but it was massively moreish nonetheless. Working out each screen was probably the most rewarding gaming I've had in a long time and I can't wait to get back to it.
