Last year there was a Suda 51 artbook release that collected artwork from all of his games. Included in the book was a short story called Red, Blue and Green. It serves as a canonical bridge between the 25th Ward and No More Heroes 3. The book was only released in Japan and the story story wasn't translated.
Thankfully though, it has been translated by falions, the Silver Case style film window UI has been made by Eye Am The Mask and the short story has been made playable. It is completely linear, has no save system and takes about half an hour. Note that the weird portrait of Midorikawa is based on the leaked file name from one of Suda's livestreams in Shibuya and there isn't any official artwork for her yet.
