Either her boss needs to handle situations and customers like that or staff have to be trained and given permission to deal with on the spot themselves. Customers that do nothing but make life difficult and drain resources are better off not being your customers.

Do you think it could be broken, may be an idea to get to the docs.

I went to physio yesterday and she was concerned about potential a fracture so I've got a video appointment scheduled with a GP now. Either way she reckoned this could take months to heal.

Could be soft tissue damage. That takes a long time to heal.
I came off a bike back in my early 20s and hyperextended my wrist. Its still not 100% 15 years on.

15 years! I'll just have to plug away with the exercises the physio has given me and hope I didn't leave it too late. If I can't play my drums properly, although I doubt Dave Lombardo is looking over his shoulder, I'd be gutted.

Yeah I mean it doesn't give me everyday grief or anything, but going to the gym or carrying weight it can feel weak.

Cassius_Smoke: know you what you mean, I have, what I'm pretty sure is a rotator cuff issue and it can be quite painful and sometimes I lose strength in that arm.
Rested it for a few months and it was improving. Lifted some heavy shopping from the car and its fooked again. Sleeping is painful, even if you don't lie on that side. Sitting at my desk at home, moving the mouse about, sometimes is uncomfortable.
Went to the doctors, explained the symptoms and he didn't even examine me, said "yep, over 50, that's totally a rotator cuff injury."
Having an injection at the specialists in June.

My left shoulder randomly started causing me trouble over 6 years ago. I get a cramping pressure now and again and it can randomly ‘pop’ or click without any reason to. Sometimes I can be sitting watching tv and it randomly starts building pressure like pins and needles like my blood is being stopped and it feels weird and nasty. It happens occasionally at work but only for a a moment. About a month ago it affected me all day and it was making me feel so ill but again not pain, just very uncomfortable like ongoing cramp.

For years without thinking I have found it more comfortable to try and sleep with that arm above my head.

Thinking back I think the ‘injury’ that started this was when one of the residents at the dementia nursing home Iworked at attacked me about a year or 2 before I noticed it was a re-occurring problem. I was placing a bib on a lady in a wheelchair at lunchtime and I believe the guy thought I was trying to strangle her (ex military and boxer). He grabbed my arm and yanked my arm behind me which made me yell out to which he immediately let me go. He was really upset and apologetic realising his mistake and I was ok to carry on if a bit sore but I think I’ve had long term damage in a ligament or some nerve pinching.

It’s never a problem when I see the gp so nothings ever done about it. Appart from that pretty unbearable day at work that one time it’s something I just cope with when it happens. I do some stretching that the bloke was advised once with his shoulder but that’s all I can do seemingly.

The SNL Elon Wario skit
So much fuss and in the end all it accomplishes is making more people warm to cess-pitt Musk via an absolutely awful sketch featuring him doing an incredibly poor Wario impression

Jenny McGee says NHS workers are not getting the pay or respect they deserve from the government.

Johnson-saving NHS resigns. Irked that she didn't resign before she saved his execrable life.

Elon Musk is like a test tube baby created by combining the DNA of everyone off NeoGAF.

10:30 last night our power cuts. I have a look outside and it's just us. Check all the switches and everything is fine. Had to call the national grid who came out at midnight and told me the main cable outside is likely damaged. They had to dig up the road to fix it.
To be honest they were very good and quick. Main thing that annoyed me is that it was caused by an ISP digging up the road earlier in the week. And of course it only affected us, typical.

Royals and ex-Royals in the news. I'm sick to death of seeing them.
