A project manager asks me how a customer can run old content, based on IE11 and Flash, on an "iPad". Knowing the technical prowess of said customer (or lackthereof), I ask details about this "iPad". A few hours later the project manager forwards me a mail with the customer saying that it's "a Surface iPad made by Samsung".

    Gotta love Mondays.

I’m not au fait with this modern parlance. ‘Tagging’? Like an ASBO? That’s right up QC’s street.

That's what he was talking about! Now I understand.

Patients/ non patients that are coming to our emergency centre are given instructions what to do and not to do when entering the building.
One is to avoid using the loos as we have to clean up after EVERY patient that uses it otherwise if we dont, well, whats the point in all the precautions.

Out of the 6 patients I had to escort too and fro from seeing the dentist, 5 of them 'desperately' needed the loo and one guy who along with his wife had driven an hour to get there, needed his wife to use the loo too.

I've cleaned the toilet 6 times today, I don't think I have ever cleaned my own loo let alone my bathroom 6 times in a week let alone in a day. At least the guys at work found it funny.

Public toilets were the first thing to go. Then 2 weeks ago I saw a father with his kid in the supermarket (1st bad idea) trying repeatedly to send him to the toilet (2nd bad idea). The father refused to believe the son that they were closed.

Turns out the "iPad" is a Samsung tablet. I was kinda hoping for an obscure Chinese brand using an Apple-lookalike logo running Android with a Windows skin.

The fammydodd seeks to rally men under his own banner, he is looking to form his own command. We must be ever vigilante during this time.

Following on from this, I’ve had zaki carrying out surveillance under the disguise of an old GPO red and white striped pavement tent. Equipped with binoculars that PhilyH got from the pound shop, he noticed a number of sailors leaving fammydodd’s house all times of the day, with a contented and pleased look about themselves.

                      Possible naval coup?

When you go on someone’s social media profile, and they have under ‘education’ something along these lines:

School of Hard Knocks, the University of Life.

In other words, you’re a pig ignorant thick kernt.

This isn’t an elitist thing. My grandad left school at 14 and was one of the cleverest, most well-read men I’ve ever met.

By putting that, what these people are trying to do, is a kind of inverse elitism. They’re essentially saying that their supposed worldliness is superior to being well-read, reflective and balanced. It’s classic Pozza Pisshead, the pub philosophising gob****e Sun reader. 9 times out of 10, you read their comments, and they’re moronic at best.

They probably have strong opinions about vaccines. And Corbyn.

Please, we should be thankful for these scholarly gentlemen! A good number of them, specialists in the safeguarding of sculpture and heritage, were making polite cause for culture on the streets of the capital only yesterday.
