Residents in Japan -- little help :(

I was happily assembling a model when a piece crumbled apart after putting it together...I've seen broken or misprinted pieces but this was a first. And then due to my own clumsiness I managed to snap another in two, in the process bending a third in the same assembly...
Can I ask one of the fine residents in Japan if they could order me replacement plates? I'll send the scan of the form (hopefully it'll be enough), and I'll reimburse any kind of expense.
