The art direction in this game is horrendous, I think it's the colour pallette used, gross. It plays reasonably fun but as far as Outrun 2 and the likes go, this couldn't be further away - reminds me of when euro developers tried to do Japanese style games on the Amiga.

90s Arcade Racer looked the deal, shame that died.

I have deleted this off my Xbox now. I breezed past all of the races until I hit expert and I cannot get any further, I can stay out in front for half the race but eventually the rubber banding kicks in and I usually place 3rd or 4th.

I ordered Need for Speed Hot Pursuit: Remastered yesterday cashing in £20 of rewards and I adore that game so that will be my arcade racing thrills sorted for Series X.
