selfish players are the worst as making money in this game really isn't that hard at all, if you are taking advantage of someones town prices it's the least they could do for you letting them in. Even travelling around like bloody doc brown in a delorean i haven't ever seen these huge price spikes if one hits my town though i'll open my gates for nothing i require no tips.
