Oh man, Hackers and Mortal Kombat in a single year?! That's some strong lineup. Other than those two stone cold classics, The Quick And The Dead was superb.
But Hackers and Mortal Kombat are era-definining. -
Heat and Toy Story were a couple of standouts for me. Notable mentions: 12 Monkeys and Se7en.

Rumble in the Bronx was the first Laserdisc I ever bought. I had it at home before it had even made it to the cinema in Scotland. Got Jackie Chan’s First Strike and Men In Black about the same time all ahead of the cinema release dates here. Canadian imports ruled!Comment
