    ANBERNIC Gaming Devices

So I posted this a few months ago.

Other options Supports CPS / GBA / GBC / GB / SEGA / NES / SFC / NEOGEO

This one looks like my personal choice in honesty

Anyone know anything about ANBERNIC as a recommendation and the second variation as a retro gaming device?

Eventually got the PAP K3 Plus and it is nice especially for Neo Geo and CPS1 titles, thinking of getting the RG350 after watching this good review and seeing how extensively greater the MAME library is on it...

I see ANBERNIC have a quasi official store with an extensive range and do many more devices.

    Lots on Amazon too.

    https://www.aliexpress.com/store/3850034

They have these devices as well the RS97 and 64 Bit Home Consoles, plus many more, see their official website. Anyone got any of the other devices or the home consoles plus further thoughts on the RG350, can you load Amiga games onto for example? Thanks

Oh lastly what are the differences between the colours on the RG350? I prefer the US SNES purple buttons but I think the black and orange device is the most recent.

There is an upgraded version of the purple and white one on amazon at £125 for some reason not sure what that means either. Any help appreciated.

This thread is spam for sure since a lot of the products are not Anbernic made products. But I did actually get the RG-350 last night. It's made from aluminium and has quite a bit of weight to it. Deffinetly has a premium feel to it.
Will be releasing a review this Wednesday.

Actually it's not Yakumo I took the images from Amazon by typing in Anbernic as the quasi official site did not allow downloads due to the scaling feature on images. There might be one or two there in error and I will fix that over the weekend however they are listed as Anbernic on Amazon.

    Talk about presumptuous.

This is a genuine thread looking to get an idea on the quality of many of these new retro devices that have exploded onto the market in last twelve months. Although I have discovered a couple of great you tube channels.

Go to https://droidbox.co.uk/vintage-gaming-consoles.html for more info on these. Much better than amazon. They specialise in Chinese enulator devices. It looks brilliant. I haven't used one but I have one of the gameboy style bittboys and that is quality.

Great! If you can compare the aluminium version with it's plastic counterpart, that would be great! Does it feel as comfortable, is it "cold" feeling etc

    @Yakumo

That DroidBox website is using one of your videos:

Didn't know if you were aware?

I have an RG-350. Does a great job of emulating PS1 games. Just wish Anmbernilc didn't slap their big-ish logo under my screen.

That is my only quibble too it is way too dominant.

    Thanks cutmymilk for the link.

I will get a RG350 soon might even sell the PAPK3 Plus eventually but at least it does not have any logo and looks good in jet black to take on a flight. Looks like the colour variations are not iterations on the RG350 after doing some youtube research. It runs DOS Box or so I saw on a video but what about Win UAE?

If anyone knows anything about the RS97 please post it looks pretty neat too but curious when it was manufactured or if it has been superseded by these other devices?

I see on Yakumo's stolen video some for the little arcade stick cabinet that Amiga and C64 games so must possible to run Amiga games.

I managed to run Amiga content quite easily and really well using UAE4ALL which I think came pre-installed.

For some reason though, I've not been able to fit everything on-screen. The settings seem to either crop top or bottom. Anyone cracked this?

I sold the plastic one a few months ago but I remember it well.
The new one isnt cold to hold and so has some nice pads on the back for comfort.
