Still trying to think of a piece of hardware that's gotten so much hate from merely just existing, even the pokemon mini didn't get this amount of flack lol. The west are complaining but lets be real this wasn't made for you, it's Japan only and sega has made no mention of a worldwide release so all the "well im not buying it, it's a rip" posts are kind of pointless as unless you are importing it you wouldn't be able to get hold of one anyway. Even in Japan it's only been sold online at specific retailers, i know this place is like a retirement home for gamers but geez lighten up there's already enough doom and gloom in the world right now.

As long as you like what you’re spending your money on, why should it matter if people don’t exactly share your enthusiasm for the same thing?

Don't you find the constant negativity draining? in the 11 pages so far go count how many posts are actually ones that are not complaining or bitching about it i don't think it's just a few haters as you are making it out go back and read again. Were people honestly expecting sega to announce the dreamcast 2 or a saturn/dc mini? i'm positive half the salt over this thing is because people were really expecting sega to announce "yeah we are making a new console dreamcast 2 bitcheeees".

As we have already gone over it's a fun novelty that isn't meant to be segas next step into the hardware realm
