Warner Bros. gaming division up for sale

AT&T, in their infinite wisdom, have put Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment up for sale. WBIE include studios such as NetherRealm, Rocksteady, TT Games, Monolith, Avalanche, and multiple WB studios around the US.
Price is fluctuating between $2 and $4 billion, with Take-Two, EA, and Activision-Blizzard interested.

        I can afford $2, but I can't compete with $4 billion.

          Never count Deep Silver out
A lot of this rests on what IP they get too. Buying Netherrealm without Mortal Kombat is a complete waste of money whilst Rocksteady, TT etc focus on licensed stuff they'll no longer be making barring possibly TT as whoever gets them will presumably want to keep the Lego games going. They seem best sold seperately from each other.

Apparently Microsoft are interested but it depends on how long the various licenses are valid for.
