Critics Club III: Film of the Year 2000 Part Three

In hindsight 2000 was a real slump after Matrix, we now move onto the next part of the look back at the first year of the new millennium with:

Film of the Year 2000 Part Three

Which of the above films were amongst the best of 2000?

  2. #2
That's a pretty poor year, but Unbreakable was brilliant.

  3. #3
Wow, 2000 was a pretty bad year for films. I voted for Requiem for a Dream. My views on it are incredibly out of date, as I've not actually seen it since I was about 14 or 15, when it scared the bejeezus out of me! I'm actually curious about how I'd feel about it today - I might rewatch it.

  4. #4
Requiem for a Dream was brilliant but one of those films I probably only need to see once.

  5. #5
X-Men is the main one, it's long since been bettered but it's insane to think what it led to and that it's been 20 years.
