    The Machinst.

For me the finest acting that Christian Bale has ever done.

The Machinist is superb and good to see Michael Ironsides used in a serious role in it too. I really like the film version of V for Vendetta too. Yes it’s missing quite a lot of things from the book but the focus on Evey is just right.

Please don't watch that version of The Producers, make sure you watch the real one with Gene Wilder from 1967. Here was a film that never needed to be remade.

Walk the Line though, is excellent.

I like the original but I also have a real soft spot for the newer version too.

There are a few on there that are classics, but I've not seen like Brokeback, Geisha and The magic Roundabout.

Of that list, the standout for me is The Descent, which is a brilliant film. I had flashbacks to it recently whilst playing The Forest and the film plays to so many fears claustrophobia, the dark and not being the only ones down there.

            Dat ending tho!

I can’t remember the ending to The Descent but seem to remember not liking it... I think. I remember loving the movie but not so much the ending. Actually, there are a bunch of films here I’ve seen and remember being good, like The Machinist and Walk The Line, but if you were to ask me a single thing about them, I couldn’t tell you. They have been wiped from my memory. I literally have no clue what The Machinist is about. I’ve seen it. Liked it. Remember nothing.

So I can’t really vote on this bunch because of my Memento-like memory. I remember some of that film.
