Yeah that's what I'd be thinking as well given the "super game" working title.

Azure powers game pass and playstation now so really this just seems like a natural fit for Sega.

It seems that digital purchases of Halo Infinite look set to get access early to the game, gamepass & physical still have to wait till the official date. How early isn’t known but its not a good move for MS.

Game Pass is the ultimate demo isn't it. If you're on the fence just sign up for a month and try it... maybe play that one game all the way through and you're done.

I see this next month of Game Pass is going to be absolutely mammoth. Not least because Forza Horizon 5 is out as probably the first major first party day one release (flight sim not withstanding)...

But also because It Takes Two is included as well. Plus there's the GTA San Andreas remake and Football Manager 2022.

Easily a great time to sign up if you're not already.

Well Age of Empires 4 doesn’t work on my PC so back to hoping for a SeriesX version. Going to give Age of Empires 2 a go as that seems to work fine.

I was going to do that but I had UK rewards credit. I'm also happy to invest in the DLC for this on the basis the last two games have had great DLC packs, especially the Hot Wheels and Lego stuff.

I'm pumped for this now.

Hoping it's a real advancement. I've steered clear of watching any of the vids over the last few months because if there was one issue between Horizon 2>Horizon 3>Horizon 4 it was a sense of over familiarity. I don't know if that sense of slow stagnation will continue into this one (hope not) but seeing too much before playing it felt like a big risk.

I played Horizon 4 for less time than it took to download, before deleting it. I'd never played one before. That obnoxious Radio 1 style presentation made me cringe harder than the time Liverpool Airport baggage staff spread out all my porn out across the conveyor belt for everyone to see after my first trip to Amsterdam.

There is a definite familiarity or structure to the series now, especially the last two entries where really only the changing seasons and upgrade to 60fps made it a different game.

I don't think that is going to change too much to be honest. It's part of what makes the game, though as I understand this one is a little less in your face in terms of the whole "festival" vibe.
